  I love this church!! prior to coming to Word of Life, I used to live in Georgia and attended Passion City Church. I love my church back home and wanted to go to a church that was similar to Passion, I visited other churches in Dubuque with no luck, until I came to Word of Life. Word of Life Church is for all ages -young and young at heart ;) and that meant a lot to me being in a church where all ages are welcome! I recommend you come and experience the love of God with your family at Word of Life Church. The worship team is AWESOME !!! :)

  New people come to this church every week. The members genuinely love God and others. I always feel so welcomed when I come here. The worship music is fun and powerful, the message is always uplifting and the kid's ministry is fantastic!! I feel completely safe dropping my two young children off with the very caring teachers. My 3 year old is even memorizing Bible verses and calls his class his "school." He absolutely loves it and makes new friends each week. I love this church!

  This church does NOT know the Word of God or how to live according to it. They had me arrested for dropping a note off at their church telling them I was praying for them. They also got a no trespassing order against me because I dropped off milk to their church for their revival week. God says He owns their church and the property that it sits on, yet they think they own it. So, I sat in jail for a night.....because I prayed for their repentance?!?! Even though they have not apologized for their evil, unchristlike behavior, I forgive them and am looking forward to seeing Jesus' true followers from this church in Salt Lake City, Utah, the meeting place that God has chosen for his children to meet. Amen?! Amen!

  Absolutely love this church! My family and I have been here for several years and from day one we have felt like family! From the smiles of those that greet us, to the amazing kids classes, and the impactful services that teach the word for the adults; everyone is welcomed here!

  My family and I have been apart of Word of Life for almost 4 year now, and have grown so much individually, together, and spiritually with the help of our church family! Since the first day we set foot in those doors, we were welcomed there. Everyone is so friendly and inviting. This church is encouraging, uplifting, and so much fun!
  From adult services, to youth and kid's ministry, including all the events they have there is room for all families to be apart and to be involved! It's so impressive how the church is united together through the generations that attend!
  This church has the best members and the best Pastors!!
